Cancellations:
Unable to keep your appointment? No problem!
Please cancel or reschedule 48 hours in advance. This allows me to schedule and service other clients.
In the event of cancellations with less than 24 hour notice, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the cost of the scheduled services. We also reserve the right to ask the client to provide a credit card to book future appointments.
No Shows:
More than one (1) No Show will be handled the same as cancellations. We reserve the right to charge a No Show fee of up to 50% of the cost of the scheduled services. We also reserve the right to ask the client to provide a credit card to book future appointments.
Redo:
There are NO REFUNDS of services. We will have a clear consultation of what to expect. If you are not completely satisfied, we will do everything on the planet to make you feel wonderful... just no refunds. :)
A redo of cut or color must be called in and booked within one week of original service date. After one week, any service is considered a new service and will be charged.
